Welcome to All Species Nurse Resource Page

This site is used as a shortcut to existing liks that serves as an encyclopedia for the public and professionals.

The links contain their own references on their site, as All Species Nurse is only bridging the gap for the community to find sites relevant to their needs.

The public should learn more about their health by requesting their lab results, understanding their medications and by reviewing their course of treatments initially through their healthcare provider.

By reviewing public information in a condensed form as a reference site such as All Species Nurse, all patients will be able to communicate better with their healthcare provider in an effort to improve their quality of care.

As an added plus, students, novice nurses and healthcare professionals can refer to All Species Nurse websites for formularies, medication information, review of skills available online, as well as specific services provided by All Species Nurse that assists professionals in their practice or careers through complicated transitions.

The unique quality of the All Species Nurse websites is that it is broad in containing both Human and Animal information for the public and professionals.

The categories to the right are organized according to Public Outreach sites, Veterinary areas (including "find a vet hospital in your area or a petsitter) even for human interests such as "find a hospital," to "find a daycare or baby sitter."

**Use this site as your overall guide to finding, sorting out and learning about health and whatever else affects you and your life! Use what you learn to communicate effectively with your health care provider or veterinarian.**

Flexible posting of health related articles

Hello,

This is a special message for all my followers and readers of All Species Nurse (ASN) websites that contain articles from collaborators, affiliates or free writing, journals and articles on relevant information on promotion of health and prevention of disease.

I like to encourage my readers to share what you are interested in on the ASN resource site. There are many people out there that, I'm pretty certain, are interested in learning what you have to share, as many of us identify with various conditions that affect our daily lives.

Please, always feel free to contact me via e-mail at  ask@allspeciesnurse.com if you would like to publish an article. Also, if anyone finds a broken link on this page, please feel free to inform me, as we all know URL's are updated frequently, but not all distributers of these significant articles are informed.

Special thanks to the writer for "Assisted Living Today."
Big shout out to her!

Please explore the "Assiting Living Today" websites, as they contain relevant information all can identify with. You can locate this link at: www.assistedlivingtoday.com .
Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend.
You can now follow All Species Nurse on Facebook or go to the Fan Page!

I look forward to hearing from you!

Many Blessings and With Heart,
Dianne

Hi Chlorella!

I can identify with you. My weight goes up and down, especially in the belly area. I find my weight fluctuates more often when I'm under a lot of stress...

Since stress is hard to beat, but the way I cope with it, is more in my control. What I do is increase my exercise and fluid intake. Increased activity helps my appetite change, I actually wind up craving less fatty food and more vegetables--I couldn't believe it myself.

The types of exercise I choose has to be interesting. The tread mill is boring if all I'm going to do is walk on it...so I decided to try my own belly dancing on it! It was fun, while I watched TV. :) I did take up belly dancing class, because I wanted to tone in that area, not just lose weight. Swimming is perfect, it works on all the muscles in your body while burning fat! I hate running, so you won't find me running often, unless I have my dogs with me.

The diet is different. It has to be unique to you. But remember, whatever you decide to change in your diet will affect your body within a couple of weeks--this is not a bad thing. It just means you must remain disciplined. If you went on lean cuisine, for instance, it provides you with meals that you must adhere to. If you vere away from those meals, clients I've spoken to report bloating, nausea and diarrhea. There is a good supplement to take to aid your digestion of carbs and proteins while reducing bloat, etc. called: Essential Enzymes; Bioalign Source Naturals. These are available at any health food store, but more cost effective online at: http://www.vitacost.com/source-naturals-essential-enzymes-ultra-90-vegetarian-capsules.

Another website that I refer to for additional information is WedMD. http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/the-truth-about-belly-fat

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

With heart,
All Species Nurse (ASN)
