I can identify with you. My weight ...Hi Chlorella!<br /><br />I can identify with you. My weight goes up and down, especially in the belly area. I find my weight fluctuates more often when I'm under a lot of stress...<br /><br />Since stress is hard to beat, but the way I cope with it, is more in my control. What I do is increase my exercise and fluid intake. Increased activity helps my appetite change, I actually wind up craving less fatty food and more vegetables--I couldn't believe it myself. <br /><br />The types of exercise I choose has to be interesting. The tread mill is boring if all I'm going to do is walk on it...so I decided to try my own belly dancing on it! It was fun, while I watched TV. :) I did take up belly dancing class, because I wanted to tone in that area, not just lose weight. Swimming is perfect, it works on all the muscles in your body while burning fat! I hate running, so you won't find me running often, unless I have my dogs with me. <br /><br />The diet is different. It has to be unique to you. But remember, whatever you decide to change in your diet will affect your body within a couple of weeks--this is not a bad thing. It just means you must remain disciplined. If you went on lean cuisine, for instance, it provides you with meals that you must adhere to. If you vere away from those meals, clients I've spoken to report bloating, nausea and diarrhea. There is a good supplement to take to aid your digestion of carbs and proteins while reducing bloat, etc. called: Essential Enzymes; Bioalign Source Naturals.
